Saturday 2 February 2019: BMCA Teachers’ Day, the University of Birmingham

We are currently planning the programme for our popular Teachers’ Day. We are thinking about having sessions on Democracy, Love and Relationships, and the Late Roman Republic, as well as a plenary lecture on Augustus and the Aeneid, and hearing from both OCR and Eduqas about summer 2018 exams.

If there is any topic or subject area that people feel they would like covered please let us know by contacting Joanna Johnson (johnsonj@solsch.org.uk).

The cost of the day will be £50 (including lunch) and there will be bursaries available for teachers working in state schools and student teachers.

Looking forward to seeing you at our events.
