DESCRIPTION:News of this year’s Spelling Bee! \nIf you are interested in reviving the renowned story of Caecilius and igniting students’ spirit for Latin and Classics… \nThen take part for the the 3rd Annual Latin Spelling bee where all schools come together in an event of full of surprises and prizes from eminent classics authors and organisations. \nEach school is required to choose 5-7 students who will be taking part to the final on the 14th March at Harris Academy Chafford Hundred (RM16 6SA) \nThe structure of the competition will be based on content per Cambridge up to an including stage 8. \nListening tasks\nPicture-based tasks\nTranslate English to Latin and vice versa\nConstructing Latin sentences. \nFor more details on how to apply and the structure of the competition\, please email \nMr Pantelis Iakovou at p.iakovou@harrischaffordhundred.org.uk
