DESCRIPTION:Tuesday 4 March 2025\, 10:00-16:00\n\n \n\nGirton College is hosting People\, Pots & Poetry – a Taster Day for students to experience the study of Classics\, Archaeology and ASNaC (Anglo-Saxon\, Norse & Celtic)! The day will include exciting presentations from our own Academics\, Admissions talks from our Admissions Tutor\, and tours of the College\, including our very own Lawrence Room. It is free to attend and lunch and refreshments will be provided. It is open to students in Year 11 and Year 12; Year 11 students are welcome to apply\, but Year 12 students will be given priority.\n\n \n\n\nYear 12 students must be studying a Humanities subject and be on track to receive A*AA or equivalent.\n\n \n\n\nTeachers can find out more information and nominate up to 3 students until Friday 14 February at 9am here.\n\n \n\nIf teachers have any questions\, they can contact Lauren on access@girton.cam.ac.uk.
