SUMMARY:Creature Fest! With The Iris Project
DESCRIPTION:From the guys at the Iris Project…\n\n \n\nFriday 11th October.\n\n \n\nWe are excited to announce our Creature Festival at Cheney School\, a community festival for all ages celebrating and exploring creatures across time and cultures\, from ancient Greek monsters to Chinese Dragons\, and from Irish creatures to Japanese spirits\, and more.\n\n \n\nThere will also be a natural history section exploring dinosaurs and other animals\, including live snakes\, tarantulas\, scorpions and more to meet. Find our how how they have inspired creatures in mythology!\n\n \n\nThere will be a wide range of activity stalls\, exhibitions\, performances and workshops for all ages. There will also be creature-themed refreshments. All ages are warmly welcomed and the event is free.\n\n \nFURTHER INFORMATION\n \n\nPlaces can be booked for individuals and groups by emailing lro@cheneyschool.org\n\n \n\nThe festival will open at 3pm for Cheney School students\, and from 3.45pm for the wider public and continue until 5.30pm.\n\n \n\nAt the end of the event\, there will be a talk by movie actor and producer Ben Lloyd-Holmes from 5.30 – 6pm: “Behind the Mask: Movies\, Monsters and Magic”.
