FULL OR PART TIME TEACHER OF CLASSICS

REQUIRED FOR SEPTEMBER 2021

We are seeking to employ a well-qualified teacher of Classics to A Level.  Teachers of Latin, Greek and Classical Civilisation preferred but Classical Civilisation specialists would also be considered.  S/he must be willing to teach all aspects of language and literature.  S/he must be able to work well within a team.  S/he should be computer literate and be keen to make the maximum use of ICT within lessons.  S/he will have a real love of Classics and be able to inspire the pupils by sharing this passion with them.  We are looking for a person with vision, drive and sound judgement.

Applications are equally welcome from experienced and newly qualified teachers. St Mary’s has its own generous salary scale.
