Classics teacher conference, Museum of London, 16th June 2018

A one-day conference for teachers of Latin and Classics held by Hands Up Education in conjunction with the Museum of London.

A day with practical, fun and inspiring sessions, including: hands-on object handling sessions run by Laura Turnage, the museum’s Secondary Programme Manager, practical sessions on how to create excellent language, literature and civilisation lessons, a chance to reflect on the new Latin GCSE, and guided tours of the Roman Gallery, as well as updates on Hands Up’s Primary Latin Course, plans for supporting KS3 Classical Civilisation and new resources for secondary Latin.

Suitable for specialist and non-specialist primary and secondary school teachers. Cost £49, with reduced rate of £25 for PGCE trainees.
