This summer Classics for All, a national charity which works to widen access to classical subjects, is delighted to be working in partnership with Harrow School to provide a range of free Latin and Greek training courses for teachers in the state sector.
Wednesday 28th August: 10.00 – 17.30
Thursday 29th August: 9.00 – 16.00
Subject to demand, we plan to run the following groups:
For primary teachers:
Introducing Latin and Classics at primary level
Introducing Ancient Greek at primary level
For secondary teachers:
Group 1: Beginners’ Greek
Group 2: Beginners’ Latin
Group 3: Intermediate Latin
Group 4: Teaching Literature at GCSE

The cost of the course is free for those teaching in the state sector. Limited free accommodation may be available for those travelling from outside Greater London but this will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
