Birmingham and Midlands Classical Association
The BMCA would like to invite you to their two events this academic year, both to be held in person in the Department of Classics, Ancient History and Archaeology at the University of Birmingham.
The New Year Lecture
This will be held on Thursday 10 February 2022 at 5.30 pm. The speaker will be Dr Elena Giusti (University of Warwick) on ‘Dido of Carthage: World of the Heroine’.
The Texts and Topics Conference
This will be held on Wednesday 23 March 2022, 12pm- 3.15pm, and is open to A Level students of Ancient History and Classical Civilisation.
