‘Depicting and describing Ariadne in Catullus, Pompeii and beyond’ and ‘The Amber Fury’

On Wednesday 5^th November 2014 North London Collegiate School will be hosting two excellent speakers, Natalie Haynes, who will be talking about Greek Tragedy and her new novel The Amber Fury and Dr Gail Trimble from Trinity College Oxford, who will be giving a talk entitled “Depicting and describing Ariadne in Catullus, Pompeii and beyond”

Both talks will last around 45 minutes each and will begin 4.15pm and 5.15pm respectively. Students and staff from other schools are warmly welcome to attend either or both of the talks.
