Iris Classics Summer School, 22 – 24th August 2016, Oxford

News from Iris…

We are delighted to be offering introductory Latin and Ancient Greek language classes and activities this summer at the Iris Classics Centre at the Iris Classics Centre Cheney School (www.eoccc.org.uk).

The format for each day will be as follows:

9 – 10.30 – Latin (ages 7 – 10); Latin (ages 11 – 14); Greek (ages 7 – 10); Latin (ages 11 – 14)

10.30 – 11.15 – refreshments and activities

11.15 – 12.45 – Latin (ages 7 – 10); Latin (ages 11 – 14); Greek (ages 7 – 10); Latin (ages 11 – 14)

The classes will be run by experienced teachers and will include activities as well as language learning. There will be activity stalls and refreshments between the morning classes.

If you would like your son/daughter to attend the summer school, you can book to attend by emailing info@irisproject.org.uk and stating which language class he/she would like to join for the duration of the summer school.

The summer school is free of charge, although we welcome donations to help cover our costs.
