Erotic and poignant, Ovid’s Metamorphoses has enchanted audiences and inspired artists for more than two thousand years. Daniel Morden and Hugh Lupton retell these great tales that charm and chill us still today. This performance includes the stories of Arachne, Orpheus in the Underworld, The Death of Adonis, and Baucis and Philemon. Daniel Morden and Hugh Lupton are two of the UK’s most popular tellers of traditional tales and are regular collaborators with Cambridge Schools Classics Project.
