We’re delighted that Dr Philomen Probert will be delivering a talk at the East Oxford Community Classics Centre on Friday 17th October at 6pm.

This talk will explore the fascinating undeciphered languages and scripts of the ancient Aegean (including Cretan Hieroglyphic, Linear A, and Cypro-Minoan, as well as some first-millennium material — Eteocypriot, Eteocretan, and Lemnian). The talk will explain what we actually do know about these languages.
