AI and Classics: Take the Survey!

Please take part in this Reading University survey, managed by Jackie Baines and Edward Ross.

Scan the QR code or follow the link below.

This survey is part of an ongoing project in the Department of Classics at the University of Reading that is investigating the impact of generative AI tools on Teaching and Learning practices and outcomes, specifically relating to the ancient world. This includes ancient language learning, essay writing, research practices, and knowledge formation about historical information. We are very interested in any information related to any form of generative AI tools, including conversational AI tool (eg. ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Microsoft Co-Pilot), generative image AI (eg. DALL-E 3, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion), AI grammar checkers (eg. Grammarly, Quilbot), generative video AI (eg. Sora, HeyGen), AI powered search co-pilots (eg. Perplexity, Flot AI), generative sound AI (eg. CassetteAI), and generative presentation AI (eg. Tome, Google DuetAI).

For more information about the wider project, please take a look at our website here: https://edwardasross.wordpress.com/projects/igaias-investigating-generative-artificial-intelligence-in-ancient-world-studies/
